1. Nature of Our Products & Delivery

Keyvento sells digital products only, such as:

  • Software license keys

  • Activation codes

  • Download links

  • Other digital access products

We do not ship any physical goods.
All orders are fulfilled digitally and sent to the email address you provide at checkout.


2. How Delivery Works

After you complete your purchase and your payment is successfully confirmed:

  1. You receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

  2. You receive a delivery email containing your digital product, for example:

    • License key or activation code

    • Download or access link

    • Basic instructions on how to activate/use the product

Please make sure your email address is correct and check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see our emails in your inbox.


3. Delivery Time

We aim to process and deliver all digital orders very quickly:

  • Typical delivery: within a few minutes to a few hours after payment is confirmed.

  • Maximum delivery time: within 24 hours of successful payment.

If you have not received your digital product within 24 hours, please contact us at support@keyvento.com with your order number, and we will assist you.

Note: In rare cases, delivery may be slightly delayed due to:

  • Payment verification or security checks

  • Temporary technical issues on our side or on the payment provider’s side

We always work to resolve such issues as fast as possible.


4. Delivery Area

Because our products are digital, we can generally deliver worldwide, subject to:

  • Payment provider limitations

  • Local laws and regulations that may restrict access to certain digital products or services

If an order cannot be completed or delivered to your country/region, we will cancel the order and, where applicable, refund your payment according to our Return & Refund Policy.


5. Payment Methods

We accept online payments via secure payment providers.

9. Failed or Delayed Delivery

If you:

  • Have been charged, but

  • Did not receive your digital product within the stated delivery time,

please:

  1. Check your spam/junk email folders.

  2. Make sure that the email address used at checkout is correct.

  3. Contact us at support@keyvento.com with:

    • Your full name

    • Order number

    • Email used at checkout

We will re-send your product or assist you according to our Return & Refund Policy.
